Nessuno del personale è stato accogliente, mai un sorriso, lentissimi, da rincorrere Letto e cuscini scomodissimi…3 notti insonni 40€ a persona di pranzo/cena sono impensabili rispetto alla qualità/quantitá del cibo Colazione al di sotto della media…. Alle 9.00 già i resti…. Piscine termali non sempre a temperatura e con vasche idromassaggio non funzionanti Stanza del Calore a pagamento… una delusione incredibile

Ottima struttura, posizionata in zona centrale, passeggiata di Abano, buoni anche i servizi (fanghi, ozono, massaggi, ecc ) ristorazione ottima con pietanze anche locali, camere nuove, ben curate e soddisfacenti, ospitalità gradevole.

C'eravamo già stati in ottobre , dello scorso anno , ed essendoci trovati molto bene ci siamo ritornati . E' sempre piacevole soggiornare in questo hotel dove le piscine non sono mai troppo piene . Alcuni momenti , tipo in concomitanza con l'orario di pranzo , siamo stati completamente soli ..... una meraviglia . Servizio sempre efficiente e disponibile . Centro massaggi molto bravi e professionali . Cucina ottima , con una gestione della sala attenta , rapida e cordiale . La posizione dell'hotel è ideale per chi vuole fare una passeggiata pe il centro in quanto si trova in isola pedonale . Sicuramente ci torneremo .

Abbiamo soggiornato in camera doppia comfort, carina , forse un po' troppo calda , colazione pranzo e cena buoni e porzioni giuste. Piscine così così, forse andrebbero un po' rimodernate, gli spogliatoi d'appoggio con supplemento in pratica sono le stanze dove i clienti fanno i fanghi, non tutti i phon funzionavano, insomma in generale bellino ma nulla di che .

Albergo in zona centralissima a Abano molto pulito, camera non molto grande ma dotata di tutto il necessario Personale cordiale e disponibile Unico consiglio è far insonorizzare le cabine per garantire massimo comfort durante i servizi di relax.

E' stata un'esperienza positiva staff coridiale e gentile. Centro benessere ottimo. Cucina con un menu' con vasta scelta colazioni abbondanti e variegate. Camere pulite e cambio lenzuola infrasettimanale. Struttura già conosciuta ma negli anni ha saputo migliorarsi e aggiornarsi. Complimenti!!

Abbiamo soggiornato per tre giorni, camera suite Ada molto bella e pulita (piccolo problema con il copriletto non verificato ma prontamente sostituito). Piscine carine e pulite. Ristorante provato una sera nella norma. Colazione buoni i dolci ma il salato manca di qualità nei salumi e formaggi.

Ci eravamo già stati in passato per usufruire delle piscine termali in giornata ed eravamo stati soddisfatti. Data l'esperienza positiva stamattina abbiamo deciso di andare per usufruire del pacchetto per le piscine half day 9:00/14:00... Durante il viaggio di andato abbiamo chiamato dato che nei giorni precedenti non riuscivo a inviare la richiesta dal loro sito. Chiedo se hanno disponibilità mi rispondono che "stamattina non riusciamo"... Chiedo se sono quindi pieni e mi dicono di no e nuovamente che al mattino non riescono se volevamo andare quindi al pomeriggio... Non capisco perché allora sul sito pubblicizzare che sono aperti anche al mattino!! Ho intuito che forse c'era poca voglia di lavorare. Un gran peccato perché avevamo alte aspettative.
